How we handle your details

Who we are

This website is operated by Tillsight, Nairobi, Kenya ("Tillsight", "we"). Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into the interest form: your name, work email, organisation, role, type of organisation, what you are interested in and any message you add. Please don't include customer or transaction data in the message.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange a call or demo, and tell you about the design-partner pilot. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received by our form provider, which acts as our processor and may store data outside Kenya. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a pilot partner, in which case our agreement with your organisation applies. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and object to our use of them. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
